The legendary Adlon Hotel has been an inspiration, fascinating guests from far and near since it was founded by Lorenz Adlon in 1907. The Potsdamer Platz, the Bundestag, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and the Museuminsel are all just a short stroll away. more than willing to meet your requests. The Sra Bua by Tim Raue restaurant is not to be missed. It combines the breadth of Asian cuisine with the distinct culinary signature of top chef, Tim Raue. Raue’s culinary ideas are interpreted by his longstanding colleague and head chef, Daniel Lengsfeld. We hugely enjoyed the extensive Sra Bua Menu. From the Avocado, chard, katsobushi to the King crab, green asparagus, togarashi and a Flank steak with broccoli à la jus Cantonese, it was all impeccable.
